Joe didn’t take the typical path to business advisory work.
Before launching Ridgeline Business Solutions in 2021, Joe spent nearly a decade at a regional CPA firm in nonprofit audit practice, leaving in 2020 to lead the finance department of a high-growth SaaS startup.
Never quite content spending all his days as an excel jockey, Joe was also building an outdoor home services business that operates across three verticals: tree care, native landscaping, and environmental restoration.
That experience is the foundation of what we call The Real Grind.
Today, Joe leads Ridgeline Business Solutions as a trusted partner to growing businesses and mission-driven nonprofits. He brings a mix of blue collar grit, financial chops, and sensible advice to every engagement.
